Pathways to Success
The Pathways to Success Program is a workforce development initiative for Baltimore youth aged 16 to 21. This program empowers young people to reach their personal and professional goals by providing education, academic support, and employment opportunities.
The program aims to foster youth development and career readiness through:
- Hands-on career exploration
- Goal setting and planning
- Academic support
- Internship and job placement opportunities
Eligible students must meet this criteria
- Be enrolled in a Baltimore City high school in grades 10-12th
- Available to participate in at least 80% of program days (mostly afterschool)
- Interested in receiving career training
Participants will participate in training related to:
- College and Career Preparation
- Entrepreneurship
- Goal Planning
